Use a vertically integrated construction process to deliver housing that is affordable for seniors and families, incorporating a cooperative ownership structure.
Implement an innovative economic structure, offering financial incentives for residents to participate in the operation and success of the community.
Offer early childhood education (ages 2–5) and after-school programming focused on social responsibility, empathy, and literacy.
Reduce carbon emissions during construction and operation by 95% compared to conventional building methods.
Establish on-site vertical farming (using aeroponics, hydroponics, and agrivoltaics) to provide low-cost, high-quality food at community food courts, with all products packaged in reusable containers.
Create employment opportunities for 40–50% of able-bodied adult residents, supporting local economic resilience.
Provide regular entertainment in the town square, enhancing quality of life and community spirit.
