Greensphere Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) are compact, self-contained residences designed for rapid installation and high livability. Each ADU is manufactured as a two-unit set and delivered on a standard truck, allowing two complete dwellings to arrive at once, ready for placement, connection, and occupancy within hours and without the need of a crane.

Inside, each unit functions much like a high-end extended-stay hotel room, complete with a private bath, sleeping area, and kitchenette. Built with steel-reinforced framing, advanced insulation, and integrated mechanical chases, these modular homes combine comfort with long-term resilience.
